Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Closed on Weekends and Holidays

A non-refundable Pet Fee is due at Move-In. Allowed TWO Pets Maximum.
Fee: $300.00 for 1 Pet, $500.00 for 2 Pets
There is a $25.00 monthly charge per pet in addition to rent.
Combined total weight of 70-100lb permitted in ground floor units only.
Combined weight over 100lb not allowed.
Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered and vet records are required before approval.
Some breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more details.
Recommended outdoors / on patio. Cigarette butts must be picked up. Resident will be responsible for charges for damages and mitigation of cigarette smell upon move out.
