How Do I Apply?
Getting started is easy! Simply click the "Apply" button located in the upper right corner of our website to begin your application.
Is There an Application Fee?
Yes. There is a $50 application fee for each applicant age 18 or older. This fee covers the cost of credit, criminal, and background screening.
How Soon Can I Move In After Applying?
Once your application is complete and all required documentation has been received, the screening process can take up to three business days. In some cases, approved applicants may move in as soon as the next day, provided all lease documents are signed, the security deposit and rent are paid, and proof of electric service has been established.
How Much Is the Security Deposit?
Security deposits are determined by our third-party screening process and typically range from $500 to $1,500, depending on screening results.
Is Arlington Park Pet Friendly?
Yes! Arlington Park is a pet-friendly community. We welcome up to two cats and/or dogs per apartment. Breed restrictions apply, and we require current veterinary records showing that pets are up to date on vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered.
Do You Accept Section 8 or Offer Income-Based Housing?
Arlington Park is not an income-based community. All applicants are welcome to apply and must meet our standard rental qualifications, including demonstrating a gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent.
Do You Offer Furnished Apartments?
We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. However, we're happy to provide referrals to local companies that offer furniture rental services.
Are There Any Current Specials?
At this time, Arlington Park is not offering move-in specials. We believe our spacious apartment homes, amenities, and value speak for themselves!
Do Apartments Include Washer & Dryer Connections?
Yes! Every apartment home includes washer and dryer hookups. While we do not provide washers and dryers, we also offer two convenient on-site laundry facilities for resident use.
What Utilities Are Included?
- Trash service is included in your rent.
- Electric service is the resident's responsibility and must be established through Nolin RECC.
- Water service is billed separately through Arlington Park.
